The collective is in-network (INN) with Aetna, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH. The collective is in-network with Medicaid in RAEs 3 (Colorado Access and CHP+), 5 (Health First Colorado), and 6 (CCHA).
Katie is the ONLY clinician in network with Aetna Medicare Advantage, Cigna, Kaiser, Carelon Behavioral Health CO, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield CO, Quest Behavioral Health CO, and Select Health CO.
Our clinicians accept private pay with varying rates. Each provider also has their own sliding scale for those facing financial hardship; please inquire if you may be eligible!
We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.
Private Pay Rates Per Clinician
- $0 for 15-minute initial consultation call
- $250 per intake (90 minutes)
- $175 per individual session (53 minutes)
- $300 per EMDR session (90 minutes)
Payment
Each clinician accepts all major debit cards, credit cards, and health savings accounts as forms of payment. We do not accept cash or check at this time.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
