Emily Watkins, LCSW, ADDC

Practice Manager

Emily is a dedicated practice manager with a passion for building efficient, supportive, and well-organized clinical environments. At Stems Therapy Collective, she oversees the operations of the practice, ensuring that both administrative and financial foundations are strong so that the clinical team can focus on client care. 

Emily brings a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to practice management, and is deeply invested in the growth and sustainability of client accessibility as a whole. 

Katie Veraldi, LPC

Specialties and Modalities

Katie specializes in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, self-esteem challenges, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Katie combines Person-Centered Therapy with elements of Existential Therapy, ACT, DBT, and CBT to tailor her approach to each client, offering the right tools to foster lasting change and self-understanding. Katie is also Phase 1 Trained in Brainspotting (focused mindfulness), to address trauma and other life stressors. As an advocate for Health At Every Size (HAES) and a 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, she provides a supportive, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals of all body types can explore their identities and heal without fear of discrimination.

JJ Abbott, LCSW

JJ's consultation appointments are currently waitlisted, with openings anticipated in August 2026. 

Specialties and Modalities

JJ is a queer therapist with a background in higher levels of care and a passion for treating both the surface and the source. Her therapeutic style is highly educational, relational, and direct. Specializing in suicidality, self-harm, and trauma, JJ works primarily with adolescents and young adults, blending self-regulation skills with subconscious healing. JJ has strong, applied knowledge of attachment frameworks, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing.
